Submission of filled in Application Forms : 5th June to 17th June, 2013 (12:15pm to 3.00pm).

Merit List will be published online by 25th June ,2013.
Counselling of all Honours subjects will be done on 28th June, 2013, (Reporting: 11 am and counselling will start from 12 Noon) at respective departments.
Humanities Group
50% in aggregate and 45% in subject or 55% in subject if aggregate is less than 50% for English, Bengali, History, Political Science.
Number of seats : 50 in each subject.
For Journalism and Mass Communication (Self Finance) 50% in aggregate including English. Number of seats : 20.
Commerce Group
50% in aggregate and 45% in Accountancy/Mathematics or 55% in Accountancy/Mathematics if aggregate is less than 50%.
Number of sets : 50.
Science Group
- 50% in aggregate and 45% in subject or 55% in subject if aggregate is less than 50% for Physics (40), Chemistry (40), Mathematics (50), Zoology (30) and Botany (30).

50% in aggregate and pass in Physics (Th,Pr), Chemistry (Th,Pr), Mathematics and Biology (Th,Pr) for Biochemistry (Self Finance).

Payment of Fees :
- All fees,except library fines must be paid through Indian Overseas bank.
- Tution fees must be paid before the fifteenth of each month.A fin of Rs. 10/- per month is levied for defaulters.
- Fees for admission are to be paid before the scheduled date in order to have names enrolled in class registers.
- Rs. 25/- is charged for a duplicate identity Card and Rs. 20/- for duplicate Fees Book.
- All dues must be cleared before commencement of examinations.
- Refund of caution money, with appropriate deduction for damages, will be available after completion of the course and withina specified date, failing which, the amount is likely to be fortified.
- Library fines- Rs. 10/- is levied per week on each book that is overdue. Books lost/tornetc. Must be compensated for at rates decided by the authorities. Fines, not exceeding Rs. 100/ are payable at the library.
- Students in SC and ST categories are eligible for Government stipends.
- No refund will be made for cancellation of admission.
